④ Provide list of wearing parts and spare parts, ,and provide a certain amount of spare parts

3. The efficiency of service: if the equipment breaks down in the warranty period or out of the warranty period, maintenance personnel will arrive in the scene and begin to repair within 3 working days after that suppliers receive the notice.
4. Service principle: the period of the product warranty is twelve months. During the warranty period, the supplier will be free to repair and replace the broken component parts which are caused by the quality. The broken component parts will be taken back. For the damaged component parts out of the warranty period, cost price should be paid for the supplied accessories. For damaged caused by human factors, the accessories which are repaired or supplied by the supplier are paid at the cost price.
Technical personnel of our company should pay a return visit and make investigation about the user service condition not less than three times annually out of the warranty period.
